  1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Kimberly-Clark Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
  2. Promotion Period: Claim between 01.01.2024 00.01 GMT and 23.59 GMT on 31.12.2024 whilst stock lasts.
  3. To Enter:
    1. Visit DryNites.co.uk and click through to the sample registration page
    2. Enter your first and last name, email address, postal address, child’s DOB and accept the DryNites privacy policy and promotional terms and conditions to confirm your Sample Pack.
    3. Validate your email address via the registration link sent to you
  4. Maximum of 1 Free DryNites Sample pack can be claimed per household.
  5. Maximum 120,000 free DryNites Sample packs available to be given away.
  6. The Sample: Every entrant who signs up with DryNites.co.uk during the promotional period will receive 1 x DryNites Sample pack which includes 1 x DryNites pyjama pant and 1 x free pack coupon for redemption in participating stores.
  7. The sample pack is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative in whole or in part.
    The free pack coupon can only be used in payment or part payment for any pack of DryNites® pyjama pants – any size, in a single transaction (where stocked and while stocks last) up to the value of £6. Only one coupon can be used for a single pack purchased. Please do not ask the retailer to redeem it against another item. They are not empowered to do so. This voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon. No change will be given. This coupon is currently not accepted at B&M Stores, Aldi and Lidl. Coupon expires: 31/12/2024.
  8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right at its discretion to substitute the pack variant for an alternative pack variant (of its choice) of equal or greater value.
  9. Please allow up to 28 business days for delivery of your sample pack from the date of claim. We aim to send out sample packs within 3-5 working days but delays with your local postal service may impact delivery times.
  10. No responsibility is accepted for claims lost or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software

  12. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
  13. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or prize winner in connection with or arising out of any promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third party provider.
  14. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  15. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  16. The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
